WCJ: Special Trade Facilitation Issue PDF Print E-mail
The World Customs Journal publishes a special issue on trade facilitation.

Academic contributions include articles by Andrew Grainger, who examines the topic from its basic concepts through to implementation; Carolin Eve Bolhöfer, who provides an informative examination of its impact on WTO law; and Edward Kafeero and Creck Buyonge & Irina Kireeva provide two articles on issues and implications for Africa. Other topics  include Rob Preece’s analysis of critical factors in the management of excise compliance, and an article on valuation by Santiago Ibáñez Marsilla. Michael Wolffgang and Talke Ovie complete their coverage of emerging issues in European customs law. Practitioner contributions in this edition include articles by Yukiyasu Aoyama, Doug Tweddle, Clay Kerswell and Carsten Weerth.
